I am having to learn new limits, and seriously struggling to!

Drink, I hardly drink so I do get tipsy quite quick, ( a bloody spritzer now and am giggly!) food I know my limits until its chocolate, then it's no holds barred

Exercise, I am dreadful, I am supposed to build back up REAL slow to exercise... But it's just not me! I am an over achiever and like to work hard, cleaning or exercise, and not being able to drives me nuts, so when I feel better I invariably over do and hurt myself! thinks

I wish I knew my personal limits more....I always tend to end up going too far!

Pretty ok ish thanks..Had a bit of slack week last week due to various life things getting in the way, So I have been doing some intense personal training sessions to get back on track!
