How often do you 'check'

I was reading about self examination and women not knowing how to or what to look for, I know I found a lump purely by chance and felt stupid and idiotic going to the doctor to ask.

So guys and gals...do you 'check' ?

Yep, lay down on the bed and have a good old feel around.

Good job I taught my son to check himself too otherwise he might never have found his lump which did turn out to be testicular cancer.
