Everyday would be a day off if I home schooled my kids!

Re: Education otherwise.
We considered home schooling years ago but it's a hell of a lot to take on.
I know others who did it and did a good job too.
The inspections always seemed very lax ... you didn't have to do anything like the same amount a school would do.
Apparently they are making it a lot harder to do now.
To me it would be the more natural thing to want to do keep your kids out of the states clutches but in this fabricated mad world of illusion and material desire the state know best I'm thinking.

Re: Education otherwise.
Depends on your own education and what resources you can provide. I have four kids who do riding lessons at my club who are home schooled, Well three of them now, the eldest doesn't have time any more. They are all very bright and sociable, they have a lot of outside help in the form of tutors, especially for the older children. They also do private lessons at a few institutes for languages and music. Their friends seem to come from these activities.

Not in depth no, clever parents, she is Greek/French Canadian, Columbia Graduate, Astrophysics or something he is German /Greek, does some sort of medical research. I have a feeling she was home schooled, so it isn't strange to her. The kids seem normal and happy, don't appear to be missing out, and appear to be high achievers. I would say they are probably more independent and disciplined than other kids their age.Melfi wrote:NAA wrote:Depends on your own education and what resources you can provide. Do you know the reason their parents chose to do that NAA?
