Bygone fads fashions and crazes ...
Remember chicken in a basket late sixties early seventies.
It was all the rage in pubs and clubs across the land.
It was a chicken leg in a basket.
Same as a chicken leg on a plate but cost more cos it was chicken in a basket.

I can still get chicken in a basket at my local ten pin bowling ..... only chicken breast portions tho', not cheap legs.... bloody good it is too!
