FH would be better without Micky and yes, the software and domain would be better utilised in someone else's hands.
Earle's and Ty's positions have no relevance whatsoever - they are welcome on FLL after all.
I'm more than happy for Fen/Dove to get a mod position while Micky's the guv'ner but any new management would quite sensibly rid themselves of all existing mods.
