Why won't it work?!!!!

Ok how many times have we all said this? Always over something technical, it doesn't matter how techie minded there is always SOMETHING that the computer says no!
Right now I am trying to put a digital copy onto the I pad... Something I have done several times before! This one is just not playing... It shows in I tunes library on PC... But if I try and sync it it's telling me it's a different I tunes library and I will remove everything already ON the I pad
It's sitting in films beside the rest 
NOT impressed... Any ideas?!

I have an I phone too, but both are synced to the same library and apple cloud... This shows only on the library on my laptop... Yet it was only put on yesterday
