The taste and texture of runny eggs makes me boak! I do scramble them, and boil ( hard of course) egg mayo them, all sorts...I love eggs just not runny Plus it runs down your chest and landed me with the dreadful nickname of eggy boobs for long enough

I like smashed eggs ... that's what I call them anyway.
It's egg fried in butter and salt and white pepper ... just as the white is starting to go white I give the thing a quick stiring up and switch the gas off.
The heat of the pan cooks it.
I never let it go beyond soft.
Leave it to long and it goes dry rather than hard ... I like soft.
It's a kind of scrambled egg I suppose.
